Walking tour of Rome’s Acqua Felice

4 Hours

Enjoy a lengthy hike along Rome’s Acqua Felice waterway, the first aqueduct to be restored by a Pope.

The tour starts at the Park of Tor Fiscale and ends at Porta Maggiore.

Tour details:

At the meeting point outside the Porta Furba Quadraro Metro Station you will find your guide and meet the other participants. From there, the group will head to the Park of Tor Fiscale with the arches of the Acqua Claudia and Acqua Felice.

The walk continues along the ruins of the many waterways that reached the center of ancient Rome, to fill a tank near today’s Porta Maggiore. This is the end point of the tour, with many private and public transport options available.
